I lead the company-wide shift to an AI-native organisation across product, engineering and operations. Finshape is a digital banking platform for more than 100 banks across 44 countries.
I lead the delivery of AI and innovation projects for clients across the region. Direct People is the longest-running innovation agency in Central Europe, since 2010.
